Would it be possible to add a custom provider to the Docker container? Otherwise, is it an idea to add a Webhook Push provider?

@jainpawan21 not related, for the web browser push service I'm going with a web-push implementation rather than using a provider like OneSignal. Mostly because they are limited in terms of subdomains and being blocked in some situations.

Therefore, I want to create a custom provider to call my API, maybe a webhook provider can be useful for Novu?
