How to customize the Notification Bell unseen indicator color

I'm using the Notification Center react component in-app. I don't see how I can customize the red indicator dot that appears on the bell icon.

I've been using the theme default values from this page but I don't see anything for the bell:

I'd also like to change the little red indicator on Notification Items as well seen here:
