Dynamic / Interactive Emails

Hi all,

We are playing with the idea of working on dynamic emails.

It would really help if you can comment here and let us know whether this is something you might be interested in implementing in your product.

Ther backbone of "how it would work" is through:

1. dynamic email (AMP for email)
2. adaptive cards (works on outlook, not sure about other clients)

From a product perspective, it is a unique opportunity for your product to gather information. Some use cases:

• NPS Survey
• Gather user feedback
• Gather feature feedback and understand feature comprehension
• re-engage users
• Churn reasons
• etc...
