Big MathML expressions inside regular HTML tables appear small

I decided to make this its own issue, since the <mtable> issue (#75) was somewhat cleared up. This is different.

@TimArborealis mentioned that big MathML elements also appear in smaller font sizes inside HTML tables. I will investigate this.

This seems to me a case where we could benefit from feedback from users in our target groups on where to draw the line for "good enough". Adding it to my list of things do discuss with my reference group.

Did the results I shared seem to be in line what you noticed in your testing or did you have more extreme examples where to font size became smaller?

It seems to grow worse the more layers there are to a fraction. Example:

For me, with full vision, I'd say the expression in column 3 is illegible.

If you use this in the CSS, does it help?

or using the scriptstyle attribute for the <mfrac>?

Great! I don't know if targeting all of the fractions is a good choice, but maybe book by book -basis it could work for a while. I don't know if this is an actual feature or a bug that the fractions render in such a small font size.
