use as system tts?

hi,

grate job you did, could you do the following:

1. translate the ui to english for those who dont understand Chinese
2. implement an interface so i can set your app as system tts and can use other apps to speak through it, you can look into the code that espeak app which dose a good job
3. add ability to download additional languages, i for example missing german ;)
