Include MCP Integration?

Hi there, I was using Claude Code on some Haskell code and wanted an MCP server for Hoogle so I forked Hoogle and added this here: http://github.com/samuelSchlesinger/hoogle

Happy to make a PR to upstream it if that is desired.

It looks like this is a standalone executable that just uses the hoogle API, so it seems like it could be a separate package for starters?
