Helpers are collections of useful, stand-alone functions, typically loaded with Factory::helper(). Many helpers are autoloaded.
The helpers you will use most often in admin views are the form field family (form_field(), form_field_boolean(), form_field_dropdown(), …) from nails/common. CDN, CMS, and Admin add a few more for object pickers, widget editors, and dynamic tables.
