后台设置项保存失败

Describe the bug

后台设置项会出现：显示 保存成功，刷新后：恢复默认值 的情况
最明显的测试就是AI密钥配置，输入密钥后不保存能测试连接成功，保存后又测试失败，怀疑是key没保存成功。
S3图床配置region，配置hk等值保存成功，刷新恢复默认auto，其他配置项估计或多或少也会出现这种情况。
