可以单独设置 symlinkName 属性

    我看源码好像是用的 fileLogName 所以导致  是%DATE%.log  ,symlinkName并不支持传入参数吧?

还有个问题就是
如果 dateFormat: 'YYYY/MM/DD' 是这种文件夹格式
软连接会跑到最底层的文件里面而不是在logs的根目录
