Ms Edit version 1.2.1 is already available on Win11 25H2.
Even has an icon now.

Why is it not available here?

Well, I am an administartor on my computer. Not sure what you'll see as a regular user.
I actually used the 25H2 ISO to upgrade since Windows Update failed to update my system to 25H2 26200.6584.
I may have tried afterwards updating to preview build 26200.6725.

The file "edit.exe" is located in a rather strange place: C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-edit_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.26100.6725_none_d3866c5d8baddbf8\edit.exe
There is no additional hard-linked file.

After updating Windows 11 to b26220.6780, edit.exe v1.2.1 is properly showing up in System32 with 2 hard-links:

1.2.1 is available (#491), it was just never tagged as such. The only difference to 1.2.0 is the app icon.
