InteractionManager is going to be deprecated

According to the rn source docs, the InteractionManager is completly going to be deprecated. We should refactor the native binding accordingly (runAfterInteractions by what?).

Good question, from what I understand this has always been some kind of hack. I currently don't know the future plans of RN / Expo teams for this natively.

@jankapunkt Not really, rn docs are referring to https://reactnative.dev/docs/global-requestIdleCallback which in turn is referring to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/requestIdleCallback.
