Dependency Versions

I was wondering if you had a list of the recommended versions for each dependency.

• scipy
• matplotlib
• biopython
• django

I apologize for not making this information available. Here are the
versions on my computer that work well together:

meren ~ $ python -c 'import scipy; print scipy.version'
0.17.0
meren ~ $ python -c 'import matplotlib; print matplotlib.version'
1.5.1
meren ~ $ python -c 'import Bio; print Bio.version'
1.66
meren ~ $ python -c 'import django; print django.get_version()'
1.7
