Remove scripts/deploy

Describe the issue
It appears that this script is unused, and is currently unmaintained.
We are pushing the community to self-serve by following official paths, workflows and instructions on how to deploy on their chosen architecture.

Describe the improvement you'd like
The existence of this script is confusing. It should be decommissioned immediately, because it will attempt to launch instances using old helm charts that we no longer maintain (or have already deleted).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Bring it back to life.
