Implement Material Palette

Implement a palette and stick to it. Right now theres all different colors across the app.

I will do it when I get home. I apologize I am bringing myself up to speed on GitHub (in the middle of a course on it). I did download and run the code and took a look around. I'll start with the ones you chose and then if we need to make changes you'll only need to update the color values per the colors xml or as necessary add new ones.
