Pull request titles containing colon (`:`) cause bad gitstream-rules-parser to fail (bad indentation of a mapping entry)

Describe the bug
When a pull request title includes a colon (:), gitStream fails to process the automation with a YAML parsing error:

gitstream-rules-parser - failed yaml.load - in rules file Error in .cm/XXXXX.cm::bad indentation of a mapping entry

To Reproduce

1. Create a pull request with a colon : in the title
2. Run gitStream on it

Expected behavior
gitStream should correctly parse PR metadata even if the title contains special characters like colons. The automation should not fail due to a YAML parsing error caused by valid PR titles.

Could you please share the URL of the pull request where you encountered the issue? Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could send the execution logs of the failing run to product@linearb.io.

I’ve attempted to reproduce the issue in our test repository here: PavelLinearB/gitStream-tests#109, but haven’t been able to trigger the same error.
