MagDrone R3 import #1

Description

@HydroDumont

Hi Leon,

Thanks for your code, really interesting. We just used it and find several issues while importing magdrone R3 data.

-1) In the magcompy.ini file we had issues with the file format, to make it work we change:
[30] save_col_format = %i,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%s,%s,%.3f,%.3f,%.1f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f
into
[30] save_col_format = %i,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%s,%s,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%s,%s,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f

and

[67] save_col_format = %i,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%s,%s,%.3f,%.3f,%.1f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f
into
[67] save_col_format = %i,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%s,%s,%.2f,%.2f,%.2f,%s,%s,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f,%.3f

-2) For magdrone data, the segment selection was unusable. The data was originaly saved before the segment selection and not saved after the selection. With Hadrien Michel help, we add a loop to ensure that the data is save after the figure is closed. We add in prep_functions.py :

[106] fig.canvas.stop_event_loop()

[127] fig.canvas.start_event_loop()

With this we are able to use your script correctly.
Thanks for sharing !
