@fsdrw08 Thank for you raising. I think out of these missing tabs, only the VCS Providers tab should be visible for a user with the Manage VCS Settings permission. The other tabs should only be visible if you're a member of the Owners team.

Does that sound correct? If so I'll push a fix.
