Creates a new file.
New-KshFile [-Folder] <Folder> -Content <Byte[]> -FileName <String> [-Overwrite <Boolean>] [<CommonParameters>]
The New-KshFile cmdlet adds a new file to the specified folder. Maximum file size is 2MB.
