Describe the bug (actual behavior)

Github's OCI registry now permits helm-charts to be stored there. With helm moving in this direction, it would be helpful if kafbat was also published there.

I can't find any docs, but I think:

OCI helm charts are just uploaded to an OCI compliant container registry like GHCR, not a helm repository.

This is not a helm charts repo, it's a docker images repo disquised as a helm one. No idea why it's like this and how one is supposed to use this.

For example: https://github.com/prometheus-community/helm-charts/tree/main/charts/kube-prometheus-stack#usage shows how this works as an OCI artifact.

For my end, I've got tooling that syncs OCI registries to my local mirror. This would let me drop some sync scripts and simplify my tooling.
