add function "rand" / "rand_key"

now , i can generate a rand password from tmpl file.

Closing — this has been addressed. Sprig v3 is now integrated into dockerize, which provides random value generation functions:

• randAlphaNum <length> — random alphanumeric string (useful for keys/passwords)
• randAlpha <length> — random alphabetic string
• randNumeric <length> — random numeric string
