feature for system rocksdb

Can you add a feature for using the systemd rockdsb?
In gentoo we can control which malloc is used in rocksdb, so we can depend on a rocksdb built without tcmalloc
(also is the clash between tcmalloc and jemalloc still an issue? Is it documented somwhere else?)
