Outlook Calendar change to single event from recurring events not updating on server

I have a Bills Calendar stored in outlook.com where I keep all of my monthly bills as recurring events. Each month as I pay a bill, I update the single event information and the date it was paid in Thunderbird. This information does not seem to be pushing up to outlook.com even though the synchronization status shows OK. I have tried deleting the events and recreating them as new recurring both in Thunderbird and on outlook.com but the single event changes are still not pushing from Thunderbird to the Outlook.com server consistently.
I have pasted a screenshot of the log file from the sync which I believe shows the 2 events I modified locally. Please let me know if there is any information needed or if this is a known issue

This is filed in the wrong project. Also it seems it is filed against v4. The project has moved on to a different code base and made v5 the official version on GitHub. Please re-verify if your issue persists with v5 and then create an issue in the EAS provider.
