Animation of ConstraintHg

We made a module for doing basic animations of how ConstraintHg solves a constraint hypergraph. It uses matplotlib's library. It isn't wonderfully fast, but it does at least show how the BFS takes place. It's also decently customizable if you want to change colors, spacing, etc. You can read how to use it on the GitHub repository page.
