Write to dbf files

Hi,

the read API looks really great 👍 and I would love to use it, but I also need a write API.

Any plans to implement such a functionality?
I would do it myself, if I won't be on a tight schedule

It will be great to implement dbf writing functionality. And of course this repository is open for pull requests :)

Any updates about the write API? right now I only need to read but I also have plans writing to .dbf in the future..
