Feature request: add a commandline option "Overwrite existing files y/n" and an option to delete processed files

When batch signing, you get a filename-signed.pdf in the output folder. When executing the batch a second time, you get the same again, and the original signed file is lost. This may be bad, since it contains an earlier timestamp than the second one.

And it would be comfortable to have an option like "Delete source file y/n" to send source files to trash after signing, so that the input folder is empty again.
