Fix bugs and improve Float package (QC module, superfloat*py)

The script superfloat_*.py shows several issues that need to be checked.

Main points:

• Fix bugs
• Improve robustness
• Add comments to functions
• Add option to save reports

Planned work:

• Run tests on sample datasets
• Debug incorrect results
• Refactor critical parts if needed

This work will be developed in a dedicated branch: superfloat_QC_tests.

New BITSEA version impacts the number, shape, and statistics of QC-checked oxygen profiles.

In the figure below, I show the time series of all BGC-Argo oxygen profiles in the Alboran Sea at 580-620m layer. The identified bugs have affected the dataset, leading to changes in the processed time series.

Future work will include testing the new implementation and retrieving updated statistics (e.g., number of accepted/rejected profiles).

Workflow and bug description for SUPERFLOAT oxygen processing

In /src/bitsea/Float/superfloat_oxygen.py, a new version of the SUPERFLOAT dataset from CORIOLIS is being processed (static dataset located at /g100_scratch/userexternal/camadio0/Tracing_deoxygenation_Med/ONLINE).

This issue describes the current workflow and the bugs identified in the oxygen conversion and processing chain.
