InfluxDB Java Client Taking Way Longer Executing Queries

I am using influxdb-java client version 2.23.

When I am executing queries through the influxdb java client it is taking way longer than when I am analysing the same query in influx shell using explain analyze.

Can you suggest what is the probable cause and what are the possible optimisations?
