Need documentation for English Keyboard: e.g. for Plus (+)

Running MA3 version 1.8.1
on Macook Pro (English keyboard) running OSX 11.6.4

The Plus(+) key didn't work.
It took me a few tries until I figured out that a simple replacingSHIFT+1 with a +
would work.

Please document this.
