CDN URL (main branch) and local build (feature branch) have version
mismatch that breaks the ACK protocol — handshake succeeds but data
sends time out. Both child files now use ./iframe-flight.esm.js,
consistent with child.html. Code snippets on the quick-start page
still demonstrate the CDN import-map approach.
