The User Model for the IDIA Pipelines Project is illustrated in the graphic below. The user connects to Virtual Machines (VMs) via SSH or the Jupyter-Hub (www), which is provisioned on the IDIA cloud and have the IDIA distributed storage attached. The provides the user with the potential to match their job with the available computing setups without having to worry about moving their data between VMs.
