[Sonic Frontiers] Problem with Tutorial Skip code and some mods

If you enable this code, it'll prohibit artbook launch.

There's also error with Discord Frontiers mod if you open artbook when this mod is enabled. I know it's place to discuss codes, not mods, but still. It'll be good if this mod gets an update that fixes this error.

Code mods affecting the artbook programs are an issue with the mod loader and not any specific code mod. Closing.
