Move oracle from /exec/predict to /synthetic_data #198
Description
oracle and generate_data are not specific to predict
it should be possible to use them without installing torch dependancies.
Todo:
- Move oracle from /exec/predict to /synthetic_data
- Move /exec/generate_data.py to /synthetic_data
- In predict, remove stub for generate_data
