Code Review
This pull request introduces a isCreationMode flag to suppress data loss confirmation dialogs during the survey creation flow. The implementation correctly passes this flag down through the component hierarchy and uses it to conditionally show dialogs. The changes also include welcome additions of internationalization strings for various dialogs and buttons.
My review focuses on improving code maintainability and consistency. I've suggested refactoring two methods to use a more declarative RxJS approach, which reduces code duplication. I also pointed out a minor inconsistency in the template for one of the dialogs.
