[Bug] Zebar won't start, and I have the latest WebView 2 whatever

Describe the bug

I followed the steps to get that evergreen installer, it says I already have it on my system adn closes.

But still I get this error and zebar won't launch. I can launch zebar manually.

Glaze also keeps committing suicide constantly, so I can't really use it.
