Track hover-sourced actions in telemetry (PLG-139)

This issue should help us with investigation in https://gitkraken.atlassian.net/browse/PLG-139

Requirements

1. ✅ We need to be able track that various telemetry events originate from hover
2. ✅ Distinguish same events on hover from each other:
   • diff on commands bar and diff on compare footnote
   • autolinks on commit message and in footnotes
3. ✅ If possible telemetrify links on the hover that are not covered by telemetry events yet:
   • ⛔️ click on user
   • ✅ issue and PR auto links
