Does Copilot Code Review follow symlinks?

I have this PR mlflow/mlflow#19202 where I add .github/instructions/python.instructions.md that references a markdown file in the repo. I wonder if I can replace .github/instructions/python.instructions.md with a symlink that points to the markdown file.
