Published a post on the engineering decisions behind running pygeoapi
on ephemeral scale-to-zero containers — the POSIX race condition causing
intermittent 500s on /openapi, localhost warmup deadlocks, and why we
ended up generating the OpenAPI document in TypeScript rather than Python at boot.

Also planning to submit our DuckDB-GeoParquet provider upstream once
it's cleaned up for contribution.
