There is a poorly-documented method for deleting a strategy in the normal form in the GUI - right click on the strategy label.
However, aside from being poorly-documented, this also suffers from being surprising - the strategy is deleted without any feedback or confirmation. With the absence of an ability to undo, this is particularly not a great thing!
