Currently, the `cimo_stats_data` option is only updated in the following scenarios: - when visiting the Cimo's admin page - when doing bulk optimization - when restoring in bulk optimization We need to also update the stats whenever an image is optimized via instant optimization, perhaps during the saving of the image's metadata
