Updating tools/beacon2 from version 2.0.0 to 2.0.5

Hi Saim, Yes, I do. I have contacted the Ga4GH for this update (I have updated the conda package). I wanted to update the tools on Galaxy, but I don't have access to a Planemo-compatible VM. I used to develop using Gitpod, but Gitpod is not accessible anymore.

I am looking for alternatives to wrap the tools in. If you have recommendations, please share them with me.

@khaled196 You could simply install planemo using pip on your VM. Does that work? If not, please feel free to ping Björn. :)
