Add fcast-sender & receiver package (bin & git) in AUR

Use Cases

In order to install on arch-based system without using flatpak.

Proposal

there is fcast-receiver-bin AUR package which uses electron receiver .deb from release. deb format can be used alongside flatpak.

The flatpak will be the only official package for linux because maintaining and testing for other systems is a lot of work. I'll leave this issue open if anyone wants to help out.
