Inject macro is broken as of 4.0

Inject.init and Inject.add seem execution order dependent?

Hard to commit a reliable fix until 4.0 stabilizes, this might not even be a problem by then.. A macro strategy redesign might be in order.

If you're okay with the macros being removed you can use the develop branch
