compile error: not a constant expression

Hello, thank you for this code. I am seeing this error when I ran make in dts2tools

/Documents/projects/libdts2/vendor/libratss/vendor/mpreal/mpreal/mpreal.h:3198:91: error: ‘(-1.073741823e+9 * 3.0102999566398109e-1)’ is not a constant expression

Would anyone know why?

Which commit did you use?
Which compiler are you using?
I've seen this error before a long time ago and it should have been fixed already.
As far as I can tell the problem is that the result of the multiplication depends on the rounding mode and thus is not a constant expression.
