When filtering a collection, the reference list filter is not showing any entry

In a collection, if a filter some value, like a date (or sorting it), and then i filter for a reference, the reference list is empty, like the ordering / filtering is applied also to the inner window.

If a filter is applied, filtering for a reference

result in an empty list

same filter when no sorting / filtering is applied
