Hello,

I am trying to run AnnoSpat on my data but I don't seem to put the right options.
Could you please provide an example of the command with example options (for instance, I don't think I understand the "suffix" option)

Also I have download the example marker file from the Supplementary but the example proteomic file in the data folder is empty, could you please provide a new one ? So I can be sure that my data are in the right format.

Have you figured out how to run the package? I didn't find any example from the repo as well. If you have run this package successfully, would you mind providing a minimal example here?
