Describe the bug
This issue occured over two days. On Monday, I ran four samples and left the PlanktoScope to segment over night. Tuesday I came in and only one aquisition of one sample had been segmented. I deleted this object folder for the sample, and selected all the same samples to be segmented during the day on Tuesday. Throught the day on Tuesday I checked several times that the PlanktoScope was segmenting, and each time I checked I saw new files and that the PlanktoScope was continuting to segment.
This morning (Wednesday) I connected via ethernet to the PlanktoScope and the image segmenter was still running.
I checked the object folders and saw that there was an 18 hour pause in the segmentation and it picked back up when I reconnected the PlanktoScope to my laptop.
My laptop was not connected to the PlanktoScope for most of the day Tuesday yet it was activley segmenting as it usually does. For some reason, about right after I checked it for the last time before leaving the office, it stopped segmenting until I connected my laptop to it again in the morning.
