[3.5.0] Front- and backend extremely slow after update from 3.3.0 to 3.5.0

I have some websites that were working fine over all updates, most recently 3.3.0.
After I updated today to 3.5.0 these websites that were blazingly fast before are now extremely slow in backend and frontend. It takes about ten seconds to load a page in frontend and the same amount of time after every saving or opening in the backend. In the meanwhile I see a spinning logo in the backend.

If only I had more details or logs. In the system events there is nothing.
What I remember is that there was a problem when upgrading via composer that there was no permission to open ../cli-install or similar. Maybe this could belong to the problem?

Yes, this could be the problem. Try running composer update from the server console.

I tried again updating using composer in server console. Update went through. No errors. Nor errors in the server log. Issue remains. Every page in the frontend and every manager action takes 10 to 15 seconds to load.

Yep looks like catcher this issue so in next release will with fix for that

hmm nice bug, interesting but locally on sqlite work ok
