i18n: Translatable site title, tagline, collection names, etc.

Currently, many of the labels used cannot be translated. For example:

• Site Title
• Tagline
• Collection names
• Taxonomies
• Menus
• Bylines
• etc.

I suggest adding a way for editors and site manager to provide translations for those items.

Hi @ardamafzal and @GabrielChaves-Dev. Just to clarify, this discussion is NOT about the admin UI. This is about user-inputted content that is not part of a collection item. I gave examples of such cases in my original post.
