Support `archive://` uris in order to browse isos and other compressed files

Problem

gvfs has an archive backend but Files is unable to recognize the archive:// protocol as being valid.

Proposal

Files should open and navigate archive:// URLs as virtual folders, at least read-only but preferably read-write if supported by gvfs.

Prior Art (Optional)

Other file-managers generally use an external utility to do this.
