Increase the separation between app launchers and workspaces #511
Description
Problem
The app launchers are currently very close to the workspaces; the separator has very little padding and is barely visible.
Proposal
Because app launchers and workspaces work in very distinct ways, adding some space between them would make it easier to visualize what's what in a glance.
As an alternative to adding more padding, I can imagine the dock surface breaking up in two parts: the apps and the workspaces.
